Black Bird

Well i just happened to tumble upon this manga while i was searching for something to read with the genre of smut and shoujo....."Black Bird" written by Sakurakouji Kanoko is a very nostalgic manga to me...it's kinda similar to Love monster but on a whole diff. level at the same time...T.T

It's about a girl who can see things normal people can see..and they're not ghosts!they're monsters!little ones at that..they stick to her and make pranks which causes her a lot of trouble..like tripping her..that's why she can't hang-out with her friends normally.One day,she met her childhood friend a.k.a her first love(Kyou) who told her that he came back to fulfill his promise of making her his bride..which she evidently refused to.After her sixteenth birthday,the pranks of the monsters got worse causing her nearly dying,and she encounters a monster who intended to eat her.Then she discovered that she was a food to goblins and just by drinking her blood,a monsters life will be prolonged,by eating her flesh,he will become an immortal,and when she becomes his wife,his family/clan will prosper.....everytime a monster attacks her,Kyou saves her and heals her wounds by licking it...he reveals that he is also a monster,a Tengu.She was forced to make a choice,either become his bride and he protects her,or be eaten alive by goblins.This manga has a very good blend of smuttiness and romance XD not much of a comedy though....either way!i had a good time reading it!^^
